Abstract: Abstract In this work three 2-methyl-3-R-2,6-dihydro-7H-pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidin-7-ones and 3 new 2-methyl-3- R-6-(2-methylacryloyl)-2,6-dihydro-7H-pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidin-7-ones on their basis through acylation with methacrylic acid chloroanhydride were synthesized.
