Abstract: Bovine pancreatic lipase was immobilized onto N-succinyl-chitosan beads by using N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide (EDC)/N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) as the activating agent.
