Abstract: Phosphorylcholine micelles based on pH/reduction responsive copolymers, poly(e-caprolactone)-ss-b-poly((N,N-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate)-r-poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine)) (PCL-ss-PDEAPMPC) were developed for the intracellular delivery of doxorubicin.
