Abstract: Reactions of 2,6‐dipicolinoylbis(N,N‐diethylthiourea) (H2LEt) with common tellurium(IV) starting materials such as PhTeBr3 or TeBr4 yield various tellurium(IV) and tellurium(II) compounds depending on the conditions applied.
