Abstract: A 56-year-old woman presented with progressive scalp nodules, macroglossia, anemia, and hypercalcemia. Histopathology confirmed amyloid deposits in the scalp, and bone marrow biopsy revealed plasma cell infiltration with lambda light chain restriction.
