Abstract: Ferumoxytol, an intravenous iron supplement, is commonly used to treat anemia in pregnancy. Ferumoxytol‐enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (Fe‐MRA) is a viable off‐label alternative to gadolinium‐enhanced MRA for assessment of pulmonary embolism (PE) in pregnancy. read more here.
