Abstract: Abstract For the very first time furo[3,2-c]pyrazoles have been prepared starting from pyrazole building blocks instead from furanes. During this synthesis effort two previously unknown heterocyclic scaffolds have been discovered, the furo[3,2-c]pyrazol-6-ones and the 2-cyano-3-aminofuran-4-ones. read more here.
