Abstract: The low-lying non-yrast states in $^{114}\mathrm{Te}$ have been investigated using the Indian National Gamma Array through the fusion-evaporation reaction $^{112}\mathrm{Sn}(^{4}\mathrm{He},2n)$ at a beam energy of 37 MeV.
