Abstract: 目的 探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤(primary retroperitoneal tumors,PRT)的临床特征与治疗及护理经验。 方法 回顾性分析本院1例PRT患者的临床资料,分析该病的临床特征、病理学及影像学的特点、治疗方法及护理要点等。 结果 此患者手术完整切除+膈肌部分切除术+膈肌修补术,术后病理提示未分化高级别多形性肉瘤,术后未行放化疗,术后随访12个月,未见明确的肿瘤复发和转移。 结论 完善术前准备、手术完整切除是目前最有效的治疗手段,有利于降低复发率,提高生存率。 read more here.
