Published in 2017 at "Journal of microbiological methods"

DOI: 10.1016/j.mimet.2017.01.007

Abstract: Pleurotus ostreatus was transformed using the nourseothricin-resistant gene for the first time. The transformation efficiency was 1.3±0.6transformants/μg plasmid DNA. In addition, the transformation efficiency of the bialaphos-resistant gene was increased to 26.7±11.5transformants/μg plasmid DNA. read more here.

Published in 2022 at "Frontiers in Plant Science"

DOI: 10.3389/fpls.2022.861706

Abstract: Detached organs or differentiated tissues could form a mass of pluripotent cells termed as callus on an auxin-rich medium, the underlying molecular mechanism of which remains elusive in cotton. LATERAL ORGAN BOUNDARIES DOMAIN (LBD) transcription… read more here.
