Published in 2017 at "Geodesy and Geodynamics"

DOI: 10.1016/j.geog.2016.12.003

Abstract: Abstract The equivalence of geophysical fields, the finiteness of measurements and the measurement errors make the result of geophysical inversion non-unique. For example, the measurements and inversion method used, the priori rupture model determined and… read more here.

Published in 2017 at "Advances in Geosciences"

DOI: 10.12677/ag.2017.75066

Estimating the spatial distribution of coseismic slip is an ill-posed inverse problem, and the solution is non-unique.
