Abstract: Abstract Mononuclear Pd(II), Mn(II) and Ru(II) complexes have been synthesized from neutral bidentate ligands 1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-4-((quinolin-3-ylmethylene)amino)-1,2-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one(QuAP), and 4-((2,6-dimethoxyquinolin-3-yl)methyleneamino)-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one (MeOQuAP) respectively. The structures of the isolated products are proposed by the elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis., 1H NMR,… read more here.

Published in 2020 at "Open Chemistry"

DOI: 10.1515/chem-2020-0138

Abstract: Abstract Previously, a series of pyridotriazolopyrimidines (1–6) were synthesized and fully described. The target compounds (1–6) were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against MCF-7, HepG2, WRL 68, and A549 (breast adenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, embryonic liver, and… read more here.
