Abstract: A novel submonomer solid-phase synthetic method for α-ABpeptoid oligomers is reported. Iterative submonomer coupling and Fukuyama-Mitsunobu alkylation enable facile, divergent synthesis of α-ABpeptoid oligomers substituted with chemically diverse side chains in excellent yields. read more here.
