Abstract: An IDO-specific peptide vaccine is demonstrated to target IDO+ cells, enhancing vaccine-induced immune responses against non-IDO tumor antigens. These effects reduce tumor growth and inhibit immune-suppressive myeloid populations in multiple tumor models.
