Abstract: Abstract This paper analyzes conditions for equilibrium determinacy in a new Keynesian model with endogenous growth. Endogenous growth shrinks the determinacy region considerably. Complying with the Taylor principle is not sufficient for equilibrium determinacy. read more here.
