Abstract: 膜性肾病类型的鉴别对于研究肾病综合征的发病机制、诊断、治疗以及疾病的预后均有重要意义。1型血小板反应蛋白7A域(thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing 7A,THSD7A)首先在人脐静脉内皮细胞(human umbilical vein,HUVECs)中被发现,并证实THSD7A有抑制HUVECs的迁移和血管形成的作用。近来,利用免疫病理技术鉴别原发性膜性肾病和继发性膜性肾病已有较大进展。相关研究提出THSD7A可作为欧洲和美国的膜性肾病的新的靶抗原,之后THSD7A在膜性肾病中的相关研究越来越多。本文旨在综合近期膜性肾病THSD7A的研究进展。
