Abstract: Восстановлением бромидов 1-[(адамантан-1-ил)-2-оксоэтил]пиридиния получены 1-[2-(адамантан-1-ил)-2-гидроксиэтил]-1,2,3,6-тетрагидропиридины, которые под действием трифторметансульфокислоты претерпевают сопровождающуюся перегруппировкой Вагнера–Меервейна карбкатионную внутримолекулярную циклизацию с образованием замещенных 1-аза-бицикло[3.3.1]нон-3-енов, аннелированных с гомоадамантановым каркасом. Строение полученных соединений подтверждено спектральными методами и РСА. read more here.

Abstract: The specifics of transformations of sterically hindered 2-(adamantan-1-yl)aziridine derivatives in the presence of trifluoroacetic anhydride are considered.
