Published in 2019 at "Chemistry of Heterocyclic Compounds"

DOI: 10.1007/s10593-019-02583-6

Abstract: The corresponding ethyl 5-carbonylglycinates were synthesized by condensation of 4-(Boc-amino)-1,2,3-triazole-5-carboxylic acids with ethyl glycinate hydrochloride. They were intramolecularly cyclized with the selective formation of 1,4,6,7-tetrahydro[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-e]- [1,4]diazepine-5,8-diones. read more here.

Published in 2017 at "New Journal of Chemistry"

DOI: 10.1039/c7nj00797c

Abstract: Chelating 1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acids were successfully introduced onto the cross-linked PGMA microsphere surfaces by the combination of ring-opening reactions and the click chemistry process between the alkynyl groups of propiolic acid (PA) and the epoxy groups… read more here.
